A fruity, refreshing cocktail with a wonderfully red hue. There’s a bit of a bite and spiciness to it, thanks to the ginger ale that complements the sweetness of the Pimm’s. Definitely a summer cocktail to savour.



  • 25ml Gatehouse Gin
  • 10ml Pimm’s
  • 20ml Raspberry Liqueur
  • 75ml Ginger Ale
  • 10ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • Ice
  • Method


  • Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and add the freshly squeezed lime juice.
  • Pour in the Gatehouse Gin, raspberry liqueur and Pimm’s. Lid on and shake like Tom Cruise in ‘Cocktail’.
  • Fill a balloon glass with ice cubes and strain the mixture into the glass.
  • Add the ginger ale and stir. (Shaken and stirred, eat your heart out James Bond!)
  • Garnish with a slice of orange and wheel of lime.
